Unfortunately we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges. Our shipping department double checks every item and carefully pack every order to ensure you receive your order in it's best condition.

Isolene Jewellers are fully committed to creating and providing the best standard of jewellery, which is why we offer a 12 month Guarantee for all purchases of gold plated stainless steel jewellery. If your product has any manufacturing defect within 12 months of your purchase, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge. This warranty is voided under any user damage issues (accidental breakage, scratches & water damage unless the jewellery is marked water resistant / tarnish resistant)

 

In the unlikely event of additional damage to your replacement item, we charge a 50% replacement fee of the full value paid, which can be transferred via PayPal. Please reach out to help@isolenejewellers.com for details. *Photo evidence and your order number is required*
